This training is an instructor-led course designed to equip participants with the knowledge, tools, and practical techniques needed to stay safe in a variety of settings beyond the traditional workplace. The course emphasizes proactive safety planning, environmental awareness, and risk assessment strategies and practical de-escalation skills that can be applied when interacting with potentially agitated individuals, supporting safer and more effective community engagement.
