Bump, Baby, & Beyond is a regional resource fair hosted by the Middlesex-Essex Public Health Collaboration (MEPHC). Designed to advance maternal and child health outcomes in our region, the event serves as a vital bridge, connecting local families directly with essential vendors, health education, and early intervention services.

To maximize accessibility and community engagement, the fair is entirely free to attend and offers a trusted, joyful space for families with young children and expecting parents.

A Look Back: Our Inaugural 2026 Success

Our first-ever event took place on Saturday, May 16th, 2026, and perfectly highlighted our strategic goal to Increase Visibility & Strengthen Relationships within the community.

  • 47 Essential Vendors present, including Boston Children’s Hospital, WIC, DCF, local libraries, and regional health specialists.
  • Free Perks: Families received free health education goodie bags, wellness samples, and opportunities to win raffle prizes.

The fair wasn't just about resources—it was a celebration! Families enjoyed free community activities including:
