FDA Training FD215: Managing Retail Food Safety

July 13-17 (Virtual) This course explores how risk-based inspections can be applied in retail and food service establishments. Topics include the “process approach” to HACCP, applications of HACCP principles in routine inspection work, and assessing active managerial control of risk factors by operators through a HACCP system or other established food safety systems. While the process approach is new to many regulators, it is better designed for use in retail and food service settings than traditional HACCP approaches because it eliminates lengthy flow charting and hazard analysis for every type of food product. MEPHC Opioid Workgroup

Quarterly Opioid Workgroup meeting facilitated by MEPHC. 

Please feel free to extend an invitation to any of the stakeholders in your community working on the use of the opioid settlement funds. This work group is aimed at sharing resources and collaborating to maximize the use of opioid settlement funds throughout the MEPHC communities. We will also share updates and resources with each other. If you have any questions, please let me know! 

The meeting will be held at Lynnfield Media Studios, 600 Market St, Second Floor, Lynnfield. 

Directions and Parking:The Lynnfield Media Studios is located in the Market Street shopping center. The entrance to the building is situated between Claire's and Lush. You can take the stairs or the elevator to the second floor, and the studio will be the first door on the right. 

Parking at Market Street is free and does not have a time limit.
